The position of Product Owner will take ownership of the product deliverables, based on the priority, define the detailed requirements, and make sure that the tasks are executed as planned. PO has an overall view of the project, as well as responsibilities in the SCRUM teams and involvement in the sprint planning. Deliverable and priority are agreed between product management, development, and approved by executive management.

Responsibilities:

?                  Define user stories and acceptance criteria

?                  Prioritize user stories

?                  Guide Scrum team during sprint planning

?                  Partner with Scrum team to determine best software design and test strategy

?                  Lead sprint demos

?                  Liaise with Product Manager to ensure right requirements and priorities

?                  Participate in sprint planning and estimation, as well as other meetings

?                  Review Scrum team tasks

?                  Communicate with Product Manager the status and any impediment that might risk achieving the sprint goals

?                  Inspect the burn down, and make changes to the tasks if necessary so that the sprint MVP can be met

?                  Manage the Release backlog

 

Requirements:

?                  College degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field

?                  Working experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management

?                  In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

?                  Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

?                  Excellent organizational and time management skills

?                  Team spirit

?                  Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

?                  Creative thinker with a vision

?                  Attention to details

?                  Proven experience of Azure or other cloud platforms is a must

?                  Experience of printing industry is a plus.
