Title: Project Leader
Reporting to CE Engineering Manager

Job Description:
? Handles Program Management duties under the supervision of the CE Engineering Manager
? Supports China and USA PD team for all Headphone and Earbud development projects
? Evaluate new potential materials, products, and sources for current and future products with an emphasis on (but not limited to) Consumer Electronics specifically Headphones and Earbuds. Audio Docking stations will also be on this persons potential list of projects.
? Manage specifications and drawings (Both supplier and internal)

Responsibilities:
? 40% - Work with US and China product development team closely to support new product development with an emphasis on schedule and cost
? 30% - Follow up with Suppliers: Prototypes, Specs, Drawings, Tooling, Schedules, RFQ, Samples, etc.
? 25% - Work with cross functional teams (China and USA) to ensure products can ship on time and meet the target market requirements for functionality and reliability
? 5% - Maintaining current and developing new supplier relationships

Position Requirements
? Four Year Bachelor's degree in applicable field (Communication or Program management)
? Strong communication skills (Chinese Speaking Only)
? Minimum of 4 years experience in new product development field
? Strong Skills in MS Power Point, Excel, Word.
? Able to manage multiple projects, including project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control
? Previous experience in manufacturing operations (OEM), Factory RFQ process and manufacturing
? Highly motivated individual who can work independently; detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
? Knowledge of material sourcing and purchasing
? Understanding of worldwide safety and certifications is desired
