Responsibilities:
- Factory audit
- Review the quality document to make sure the supplier's manufacturing readiness is completed on time.
- Prepare QC specification .
- Return analysis
- Work with the supplier to solve quality problem during mass production .

The SQL need to have the solid experience on home appliance , such as humidifier, air purifier and heater .
a solid humidifier experience is a plus.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, Majored in mechanical or electronics.
2. 5+ years working experience on quality assurance, a solid humidifier experience is a plus.
3. Have rich experience on factory auditing for product capability .
4. Be familiar with reliability testing , the manufacturing process such as plastic injection , electronics assembly .
5. Have deep knowledge and rich experience in using various quality control tool, such as PFMEA, SPC, quality control plan to drive factory for improvement on the quality control system.
6. Strong ability for problem solving and failure analysis, pushing factory to implement corrective actions for improvement.
7. Must be able to interface effectively with supplier and internal team. Must have communication, negotiation, persuasion and problem solving skills. must be able to travel to supplier as needed
8. Good verbal and written English is must.
