We are a fast growing company with an open corporate culture, located in Europe and China. As a company with high ambitions, we are looking for someone to join our current customer support team as a customer service assitant. Fresh graduates are welcome as long as you have good English writing skills, are enthusiastic and have a strong interest in e-commerce and positive communication with customers.

Roles and responsibility:

-Manage online marketplace(ebay,amazon)

-Respond by email to overseas customers' queries, inquiries and make quotation accordingly

-Handle after sales support

-Communicate and work closely with the engineering team on reported problems or enhancements

-Handle incoming and outgoing emails for customer service in a prompt and courteous manner in line with company standards. ;occasionaly phone calls in English.

Job Requirement:

-Bachelor Degree or above

-Excellent written English ability

-Knowledge of foreign language(s) (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) is a plus

-Optimistic, responsible and independent with good interpersonal skills.

-Customer satisfaction oriented; Strong interest and passion in serving customers in a contact centre environment
