Job Description :

1. Execute tactical plans to ensure achievement over revenue and design wins targets
2. Manage a sales team with six direct reports including two sales staffs and one FAE head, two SOAs (Sales Office Administrator) and one office admin with business focuses on Audio, video, MFP, FAX and emerging handheld applications
3. Demonstrate record of capturing market share, revenue and design-win targets
4. Ability to proactively communicate with marketing and technical support counterparts and provide necessary initiatives, business strategy and actions plans for pre-defined business objectives.
5. Facilitate and support pre-sales for new product/platform introduction
6. Explore new business model to reinforce Conexant solution & technology in assigned market segments


Job Requirements :

1. At least 12 years experience in component, digital consumer or PC systems related business; working experience in US firms preferred.
2. Previous experience in managing key accounts with top PC brand makers and ODM/EMS will be considered as a plus.
3. Good knowledge in PC, PC peripheral & embed systems, for instance STB, Internet TV Box...etc.
4. Mature, sound business judgment with a strong personal presence, stability and a seasoned general management mentality including the capability to make sound, intelligent and, at times, innovative business strategy.
5. Superb intellectual and conceptual capabilities, excellent executive presence and a communications style that conveys expertise and instills confidence.
6. Strong executive maturity; ability to drive accountability; high-energy and action-oriented with the ability to make things happen.
7. People-oriented, hardworking, intelligent and professionally aggressive, with a strong work ethic and stamina; Capable of generating a high degree of respect and trust rapidly from the organization as well as from customers; a strong team player, mentor and coach; unquestioned integrity and personal values
8. Good English written and verbal communication skills are essentials
