任职要求：

1、5年以上装饰装修工程施工项目经理管理经验，2年以上从事过主题乐园工作。

2、具备大、中型项目的全面管理和重点控制能力，具有较强的成本控制能力；

3、持有一、二级建造师证优先考虑；

4、熟悉AutoCAD电脑绘图和Microsoft Office应用软件；

5、具有扎实的专业基础，熟悉施工图纸，熟悉工程施工各阶段技术工作，

6、熟悉国家的相关规范、规定和标准；

7、具有较强的领导能力和沟通、协调能力；身体健康，无不良嗜好，吃苦耐劳；

8、工作地点主要随项目。薪资：底薪+项目提成

工作职责：

1、负责工程项目运作管理的整体统筹、控制、协调和组织；

2、负责项目现场管理及团队管理；

3、负责制定项目进度计划、材料采购计划及供应计划；

4、负责对项目进度计划、成本费用支出等进行有效推进控制与监管；

5、负责协调与甲方、监理及其他相关方的总体协调与沟通；

6、负责监督与落实工程中各类预结算及竣工资料的收集和保存；
