DSP System Engineer Job Requirements:
1. BS/MS Electrical Engineering or related fields with more than 3+ years experience with solid background in Digital Signal Processing and Digital Communications Theory. Candidates with 7+ year of experience can be considered for the Senior DSP System Engineers.数字信号处理 数字通信理论
2.Must have extensive experience in DSP implementation and optimization in C, C++ and assembly language C/C++语言 汇编
3.Must have extensive fixed point DSP coding experience with excellent real-time debug skills is crucial.DSP编码
4.Must possess good software debugging skills – experience in both the lab and in the field are essential. 软件调试---实验室和现场
5.Should be familiar with one of the followings areas: voice codecs多媒体编解码器 (G.7xx, EVRC, AMR etc), video codecs视频编解码 (H.263, H.264 ,MPEG4 etc), audio codecs音频编解码 (MP3, AAC etc),voice band modem (V.90/V.92, V.34 etc), Modem over IP and T38 Fax over IP.
6. CEVA DSP 1620/1641 knowledge/experience is a PLUS.
7. Must have excellent communication skill and proficiency in written and oral English.

2. Provide technical support to customers in Asia Pacific, primarily in China.
