1.MSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years in technical support discipline preferably for MCU related products
2.At least 5+ year of FAE team management experience
3.Experience in leading multi-site FAE team for customer support
4.Solid understanding of IC development cycle and silicon verification process
5.Experienced and knowledgeable of building user friendly technical infrastructure including developing tools, documentation and training
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
7.Self-starter and result oriented
