Responsibilities:

- In charger of material purchasing for NPI stage and mass production;

- Support R&D for sample order during the product development stage, track and expedite supply engineering projects to ensure no material shortage;

- Communicate with supplier for order forecast, Ensure supplier has capacity to meeting delivery requirement for new project and mass production;

- Daily order management in system not only order release, but also order maintain, order close and payment;

- Follow up quality complain and drive supplier to provide 8D report and effective action;

- Collect or update supplier management document and certificate

- Work on continual improvement on supplier's performance on OTD (Order-To-Delivery), quality and service;

- Inventory control;

- Supplier performance analysis;

- Data maintain in ERP system.

Qualification:

Education:

-Bachelor degree in electronic, mechanical or business

Work experience:

- 1+ years' experience in purchasing in electronic product; experience in LED & lighting industrial is preferred;

- Familiar with LED, electronic component, mechanical part and so on

Job skill/knowledge

- Good English in oral and written;

- Good cooperation skill, communication skill, negotiation skill ;

- Good in MS office software such as Word, Excel and PPT

- Learning fast and innovation, responsibility and personality;

- Can work under pressure.
