工作职责：
包括不限于管理销售平台账号、刊登产品、回复邮件、解答客户问题；处理客户投诉与争议；完善账号的店铺政策与制度；制定销售计划，提高公司品牌在该销售平台的知名度，及其他。
1）市场调查，分析产品优劣势与同类产品销售卖家的情况，制定eBay销售计划、价格、刊登策略；
2）回复日常账号关联邮箱的邮件，解决售前、售中、售后问题；
3）处理客户发起的投诉、争议，及其他事项；
4）负责店铺的管理和账号运营安全维护；完善产品页面模板和各种店铺政策。
5）总结工作，向部门负责人做书面工作汇报；根据账号运营规模和所处的阶段，向部门负责人提出改进与扩充的计划，经讨论通过后，有效执行计划
6）结合与其他部门沟通协调的情况，改进工作方法，及向公司管理人员提出与其他部门在衔接中需要改进的建议。
7）完成部门负责人安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1）大专以上学历，外贸专业优先。
2）英语CET-4以上，听说读写能力优秀。
3）3年以上eBay销售经验，1年以上eBay销售团队管理经验。
4）有电子产品或服饰类产品经验者优先。
5）熟悉eBay各项政策，对维护和管理帐号安全有丰富经验。
6）熟练操作EXCEL，能熟练操作DREAMWEAVER或FRONTPAGE，PHOTOSHOP等软件。

7）熟悉欧美消费者购物习性，能够解决客户在购买前、中、后遇到的各种问题。
