DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

* Leading all NPI and ECO implementation with the objectives of best quality at no or minimal risk

* Work with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure NPI program progress on schedule and within prescribed budget; 

* Aggressively in driving team to ensure all key checkpoints are passed; 

* Review status with customer and CFT; 

* Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations; 

Job Requirements: 

* Have rich knowledge about electronics manufacturing process and NPI management process;

* At least 4 years Program management working experience, experienced in working with multinational companies;

* MUST speak, read and write fluent English, MUST have confidence to be able to respond to and speak directly with US based customers

* Can work under pressure and have good team cooperation;
