Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities 工作职责：

1. Familiar PCBA process flow and equipment principle. Works closely with backend PQE to understand quality requirements and work with PCBA team for effective NPI preparation, product & process validation and successful transition to MP.

熟悉PCBA工艺流程及设备原理，与团队紧密合作了解品质需求，对NPI做出有效的准备，生产及确认，能成功地转移到量产.

2. Works closely with backend PQE & CFT team to understand customer’s requirement and expectation, and take proactive actions with Lean & Six Sigma approach to drive for Zero Defect in internal PCBA process.

与团队紧密合作了解客户需求及期望，采用精益生产及六西格玛的方法推动零缺陷制程改善.

3. Leads PCBA Team to implement process & system audit to ensure PCBA process compliance (Material Receiving ->Incoming Inspection ->Store ->Material Kitting ->SMT ->H/L ->W/S -> ICT Test, and dig out the potential failure and drive for proactive solutions.

组织团队对PCBA制程，系统审核，找出潜在的风险及采取解决方案.

4. Coordinates and drive PCBA team to take systematic actions to fix all customer audit, complaint issues.

主导并协调团队对客户审核或投诉问题及时解决并关闭.

5. Works with backend PQE to understand customer ECO and correctly implement in PCBA.

能有效地执行客户

6. ECO. Reviews daily, weekly and monthly quality performance with internal PCBA team, and drive for problem resolution and continuous improvement.

回顾日报，每周及月报，并持续推动改善.

Experience Required 工作要求：

1. Typically requires 4 years’ experiences in PCBA manufacturing process.

有4年以上的PCBA制造工作经验。

2. Practical experience of APQP/PPAP is a must.

必须具有APQP/PPAP的实践经验

3. Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt certification are preferred.
