• Provide IT service desk support to internal associates (Japan & China) and create/follow up tasks in service desk system.

• Follow internal IT standards, procedures and policies.

• Manage IT devices including laptops, desktop, printers, fax machines, network switches & firewalls and software installation etc.

• Work with IT team for carrying out IT projects.

• 
  

• More than 3 years working experience in MNC.

• Working experience on Microsoft Windows platforms and Microsoft office applications

• Good knowledge on the network technologies, especially TCP/IP protocol, WIFI configuration.

• Fluent in Japanese skills + Mandarin or English

Logical thinking, responsible, analytical, pro-active, service-oriented, team spirit, self-motivated and work under pressure
