Plant Engineering Senior Officer / 设备工程部资深事务员

Working location: Bao’an International Airport, Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

1) Provide daily user technical support on conveyor belt equipment, customs inspection system, scale, ball mat, lighting, scissor lift, supply power, supply water, facility, building, housekeeping, fire protection, LHI, air-conditioner and other equipment and system troubleshooting to Hub, including Sort Ops and Ramp, Cargo Terminal, BC etc. Ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness to support Hub operation and business.

2) Develop, maintain and update the PE equipment asset log, correctly record the company asset and fully utilize the PE resources among the company.

3) Coach user to comply with UPS PE policy. Uncertified system running, Report and follow up any PE security case to supervisor.

4) Need to on duty role on day and night shift.

Requirements:

1) Associate Degree holder in Mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant discipline.

2. Above 2 years relevant equipment and facility maintenance experience. Preferably in conveyor belt, Logistics equipment, Industry engineering, project management.

3) Good command of English (writing and read ability).

4) Good Mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance skills, facility or project management skills, PLC skills, quality control, report skill.

5) Good communication and interpersonal skill.

6) Have electrician certificate.

7) Good computer skill in office software.

工作地点：深圳宝安国际机场附近

职责：

1）履行传送带、海关查验系统、地磅、滚珠平台、升降平台等物流设备维护和故障处理工作，满足公司日常的操作需求；

2）履行照明、供水、供电、空调、消防喷淋系统等各类楼宇设施的日常检查与维护工作，确保公司的平稳运行；

3）处理设备工程部维修工具、设备的登记、维护及更新工作，准确登记公司物资，充分且合理利用公司资源；

4）按照公司规章，为操作员提供设备安全培训，及时向部门主管汇报设备安全问题.

要求：

1）大专以上学历，建筑、机械或电气工程专业；

2）2年以上的物流设备或设施、建筑类相关工作经验，有电工证优先考虑；

3）具备良好的电气及机械维修技能、施设或项目管理技能、质量监控技能，懂PLC操作；

4）具备基本的写和听英语技能，能熟练操作办公软件；

5）灵活的上班时间，需参与夜班轮倒工作。
