店面销售岗位 ：
年龄不限，熟悉英语优先。门面导购员 熟悉店内各类商品，熟练了解商品名称和各项特征卖点，善于与人沟通交流，性格 开朗活泼。
导购员岗位职责 1. 用心接待每一位顾客，与店长和同事一起完成本店销售目标。
                       2. 为每一位顾客提供高品质的服务。
                       3. 定期电话跟中目标顾客，并说服顾客购买产品。
                       4. 做好顾客的售前、售中和售后工作。
                       5. 准时（送货后一周内）电话回访已成交的顾客。
                       6. 耐心处理客户的抱怨和投诉，并做好投诉记录。
                       7. 获取并反馈竞争对手的信息、顾客信息及其他信息。
                       8. 随时维护展厅形象，确保展厅形象良好。
                       9. 认真填写各项资料和记录表格、CRM及日报。
                      10. 积极向店长提出建设性建议。
                      11. 保护现场产品安全。
                      12. 严格遵守门店行为规范。
                      13. 按期完成商品的盘点工作，提供准确无误的数据资料。
                      14. 不断学习、掌握产品知识和销售技巧，提高销售能力。
                      15. 必要时写协助同事接待顾客。
