1. 与客户对接保险服务、负责公司部分服务热线。

Client’s insurance service, taking part of the hotline services for vehicle risk service.

2. 相关保险服务数据整理收集。

Risk data collection and related works.

3. 对接前线/后方服务人员、外部合作方。

Coordinate and dispatch the works for different working units or external parties.

4. 领导安排的其它工作事项。

Other works which arrange via leaders or requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历, 保险或机械相关专业优先。

Bachelor degree or above in Major of Finance and Insurance/Risk management/machinery and related profession.

2. 英文沟通熟练(听, 说, 读, 写), 如有德语小语种更佳。

Fluent and skillful in Chinese and English (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing), German is preferred.

3. 有保险或售后相关行业基本知识优先。

Knowledge in insurance or after-sales services is preferred.

4. 从事过保险、售后、消费类工作或实习经验优先。

Working or Internship experience in insurance, after-sales or consumer industry is preferred.

5. 沟通能力强, 有亲和力, 抗压能力强, 有一定执行力, 自我驱动力强, 团队合作能力突出。

Skillful in communication and execution. Ability of working under pressure and good in self-motivated. Ability to work with, collaborate, and coordinate with a variety of colleagues.

6. 有相关车辆损失查验, 认证或项目审阅知识优先。

Knowledge of assessment, accreditation, and program review is preferred..

7. 能够操作各种工作类文件处理系统, 精通Microsoft office 软件。

Proficient in variety operating systems and platforms, ability to use Microsoft Office.
