Job Overview  

 - Support Qualcomm 5G/4G/3G chipset customers for design-win projects - Help customers to understand Qualcomm Android Telephony/RIL/QMI solution/software/algorithms - Provide instructions and on-site support for customers to resolve issues quickly in using Qualcomm solution - Identify problems reported by customers, report Qualcomm bugs to development team and provide the analysis till the root cause is found and bugs get fixed Minimum Qualifications        

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience 2+ years experience with debugging techniques 2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc      

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience on Android development and debugging on Android Telephony/RIL/QMI; 

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required;

- Mature interpersonal skills with an ability to collaboratively work with other person and team; 

- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment;  

- Prior experience on Android UI framework is a plus;

- Prior experience on 3GPP/3GPP2 protocol is a plus;

- Prior experience on WP platform is a plus;  

- Prior experience with Android and/or Qualcomm MSM software platforms is a big plus
