岗位职责：

（1）熟悉Windows系列（含服务器）操作系统和常用办公软件的安装和维护并能及时解决操作系统相关问题；

（2）具有一定的PC机、笔记本硬件维修、维护能力；

（3）具有一定的打印机、扫描仪、复印机、投影仪等常用办公设备的安装、维护和维修能力；

（4）具有一定的网络基础知识, 能处理简单的网络故障, 确保局域网、广域网在工作期间内安全稳定运行；

（5）具有良好的团队合作意识；

（6）具有很强的服务意识和沟通能力，服从领导，工作责任心强；

（7）有计算机外包运维工作经验者优先；
