客服岗位要求如下：

1、具备货运代理海外客服的工作经验.

2、思维严谨，反应敏捷，态度积极向上；有良好的沟通协调能力，具有团队合作精神，抗压能力强。

3、有较强的服务意识和应变能力。

4、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能使用英文读写邮件。

5、有海运美线操作经验者优先。

岗位职责：

1、接收国外代理的SALES LEAD ；和发货人快速取得联系并核实出货细节；积极反馈货物进度给代理；

2、了解所接货物情况后和国外代理核实出货指示和特殊点；

3、核实代理提供的出货指示并确认完整性然后清晰地告知操作同事安排和船东/同行订舱；

4、协助操作同事处理舱位问题并共同探讨解决方案；

5、对于EXW的出口货物需要从现有的供应商名单中甄选出服务好；价格有优势的车行并准确告知操作同事及时安排拖车；

6、 协助跟踪货物出口进度；

7、督促供应商提供优质的服务，根据客户的要求及时反馈问题从而提高整体的服务质量；

8、整理并及时提供客户、代理提出的询价要求；

9、发觉潜力客户以使业务不断增长；

10、向公司反映国内客户及海外代理情况，并向上级领导提供合理化建议；

11、及时反馈问题避免额外费用产生；

客服岗位要求如下：

1、 Have experience in freight forwarding overseas customer service.

2、 Rigorous thinking; Agility; Positive attitude; Good communication and coordination skills; team work spirit, strong pressure resistance

3、Strong sense of service and adaptability

4、Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing ; Can read and write mail in English

5、American line operation experience is preferred

岗位职责：

1、Receive Sales lead; contact with consignor and get cargo details then feedback status to controlling agent.

2、Check shipment instruction/special point with controlling agent after getting complete and full cargo details.

3、Verify the shipping instructions provided by the agent and confirm the completeness and inform the operator clearly to book space with line or co-loader

4、Assist operator in handling accommodation issues and explore solutions

5、For EXW shipment you’re required to select good service; price advantage from the existing supplier list accurately inform the operator of timely arrangements for the pick up

6、 Assist in tracking the cargo status

7、Monitor supplier’s service quality; timely feedback customer’s requirement and improve service level.

8、Provide LCL freight quotation or EXW charge upon receiving enquiry from both customer and agent/sales.

9、Find potential customer who have prepaid shipment to expand business.

10、Report to the department head and share customers and overseas agents ’situation; Provide reasonable advice to leader

11、Escalate problem to leader timely and avoid extra surcharge.
