岗位职责：

 1、负责 web 前端应用产品的架构及实现；

 2、负责构建相关 web 性能优化策略；

 3、负责 web 性能的持续关注及优化。

任职要求：

 1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，5 年以上相关工作经验；

 2、具备丰富的 web 前端架构经验，精通各种前端技术，对于大型互联网产品的架构设计 有实际经验；  

3、精通 JavaScript，深入理解 web 标准，对基于 AJAX 的应用在各种浏览器终端的实现 有深入了解； 

4、能够根据各类互联网产品的不同特性设计最优解决方案，能够主导前端的性能优化；

5、具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担任务和有系统进度把控能力, 热爱本职工 作，责任感强、有较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和抗压能力； 

 6、熟悉 java 开发，熟悉常用算法和数据结构，熟悉 unix 开发环境； 

7、有大型互联网产品开发经验者优先，掌握 react、vue 等优先。
