机务助理岗位要求，上全日制统招大专及以上学历、英语四级及以上、工作责任心强、身体健康和无违纪行为，若是航海业院校对口专业可优先考虑。

  

按照机务手册，机务助理工作与职责大体如下：

1，机务助理在机务主管的领导下并根据总经理、机务主管、海务主管的指示工作。

2， 保持所有船舶的图纸和说明书的记录清单，并确保他们以合适的方式储存。

3，更新船舶证书文件夹，并确保只有当前的证书被保存在文件夹中。

4，安排新船的接入并协助机务做适当的安排， 准备需要跟随的清单和保存欲供的文件。

5，保持担保索赔的记录并协助机务跟随。

6，保持每条船的滑油消耗记录。

7，协助准备按照船东的要求给他们的报告 – 季度，半年或年度。

8，归档和制作影印本。

9，月度标准文件，比如计算机化的机电设备的计划保养系统，滑油/燃油化验报告，检验状态清单。

10，归类发出的通讯。

11，准备和发送月度标准覆盖文件给船长和轮机长，比如计算机化的计划维修保养系统，滑油/燃油油样的化验报告，检验状态列表 

12，为公司处理信件。

13，整理和分发收到的日常信件，并分发给财务主管/监督员以采取必要的措施。

14，档案管理，包括起草、修订、分发和归档公司的文件；

15，计划和安排对内、外客户，船东和著名的来访者的接待。

16，每周会议日程安排和会议内容的记录与分发。

17，上船主管们的船员证书复印件的保管。

18，任何高层管理团队交待的其它工作；为公司提供秘书支持。
