职位描述

职责:

1. 为分管的客户和确定的产品种类,开发并维护新老供应商以满足商业需要。

2. 按照公司的程序与要求对供应商进行查证,以达到客户的标准与要求。

3. 全面了解采购的任务,明白其要求,评估项目可行性,查证项目信息,并及时回复客户服务部门。

4. 为达到目标价格和交货日期的要求,提供有竞争力的采购价或其他选择达到目标价格,从而增加项目的中标率。

5. 在其他职能团队和供应商的积极参与下,开发可行的项目计划,并对整个项目从开始到结束的进度安排负责。

6. 理解并管理因项目要求改变所带来的影响;员与供应商协商控制成本及其他问题。

7. 管理并监督相关各方遵守项目时间表,与各方沟通项目的状态,并及时上报出现的问题或潜在的问题。

8. 识别与交货有关的风险:成本、时间影响、品质和安全;在其他职能团队和供应商的支持下,与主管制定实用的应急方案以管理风险。

9. 管理整个项目的生产进程和品质控制,在物流安排支持下准时交货。

要求:

  1. 本科学历,贸易、商业、工程学专业优先
  2. 必须具备35年开发货源方面的经验
  3. 积极主动,在一定的督导下,能较大程度的独立工作
  4. 能够开发合格的新供应商,发展并保持良好的供应网络
  5. 有扎实的制造业经验,具备项目和指定产品知识
  6. 具备扎实理解整个项目管理流程的技能:
  • 有能力进行多功能项目计划,管理关键环节和关键步骤,状态更新,并对项目的准时完成作风险评估
  • 懂得何时提请上级管理人员知晓和介入出现的问题
  • 知道吸取以往项目的经验教训,避免再犯
7. 良好的沟通和协商技能:
  • 有对内对外能有效沟通能力
  • 具备与供应商的协商能力,以达到完成项目所要求的成本、品质、安全和准时交货
  • 能积极与团队沟通所取得的成果和潜在的问题

8. 创造性的解决问题,有团队精神

  • 能够以创新的思维来解决面对的困难
  • 能与其他各方包括供应商协作解决问题
  • 能够支持其他团队成员

9. 电脑方面,必须有良好的MS office知识,熟悉Lotus Notes的更佳;必须具备流利的英文说写能力。


Responsibilities:

1. Source and develop and maintain suppliers & capability for assigned clients & defined product categories to meet the business needs.

2. Follow company’s procedure and requirement and verify the vendors in meeting client’s standards and requirements.

3. Review the sourcing project thoroughly, understand the requirements, evaluate the project feasibility, verify the project information, and provide timely response to RBU.

4. Provide competitive price or alternative option to meet target price and delivery date to increase project wins.

5. Develop feasible project plan with active participation of other functional teams and the suppliers, and responsible for the schedule from the beginning to the end of the project.

6. Understand and manage the impact of project change requests. Negotiate with suppliers and control the cost and other issues.

7. Manage and monitor the project timeline to be followed by each relevant party, communication status and timely escalation of any issue or potential issues.

8. Identify risk to project delivery in regards to cost and time impact and quality and safety, develop a practical contingency plan with your superior to manage the risk with support from other functional teams and the suppliers.

9. Manage overall production process and control quality, support on the logistic arrangement for on-time delivery.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in commerce, business and engineering is preferable.

2. 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing field.

3. Be proactive and mostly self sufficient under some supervision.

4. Capable of sourcing qualified supplier and develop and maintain a good network of supply.

5. Solid industry experience in manufacturing and knowledge of projects and defined products.

6. Solid understanding the entire project management flow with skills:

  • Capable of multiple functional project planning, managing milestone / critical path, status update and risk assessment of on time completion of project
  • Timely escalation of the issues for next level management awareness and involvement
  • Capable of preventing repeat mistakes, learned from the lessons of post project critique

7. Strong communication and negotiation skill:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
  • Capable of negotiations with suppliers to meet the project deliverables on cost, quality, safety and on time delivery
  • Proactively communicate both positive achievements and potential issues

8. Creative problem solving and team work player

  • Able to think outside of the box to trouble shoot issues encountered
  • Collaborate with others including the suppliers to resolve issues
  • Able to support other team member

9. Good PC knowledge in MS office is a basic, and familiar with Lotus Notes is preferable. Fluent English in both written and spoken is a must.
