职位描述
Responsibilities :
Work together with BU GM to supervise all finance related tropics :
- Ensure high quality of monthly reporting (Local statuary & IFRS) to be sent within deadline
- Prepare yearly budget, actual / forecast deviation analysis and recommendation for the improvement
- Be responsibly for on-going process to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the compliance and update the company policies and procedure to align with Group policies and requirements
- update HQ any new local regulations that may have the impact on accounting or reporting( social, tax, HR etc)
- Supervise AR/AP, and cash management
- Interact with external auditors
- Supervise all HR related work
- Others works required by HQ or BU Manager
Qualification Requirements ;
- Bachelor degree or above (CPA preferred),
- strong knowledge in IFRS GAAP, financial reporting and local accounting regulation
- at least 5 years experience in finance/accounting, min 2 years experience on finance controlling in multi-national manufacturing company,
- Fluent in English or French
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
