商务专员/客服跟单

岗位职责：

1.管理客户/处理客户、亚洲的渠道代理商的要求，与公司各部门以及瑞士总部联系，及时并准确处理下订单，发货，发票事宜,系统数据录入等工作。

2.为销售部门处理关于返修产品，库存及样品管理等需求

3.可以接受安排的其他工作任务

职位要求：

1.大学本科，2年以上客服行业经验，电子/半导体或EMS代工行业优先考虑。

2.具有团队合作精神，独立，积极，细心，可接受多种工作任务。

3.良好的客户人际关系技巧及良好的沟通能力。

4.有外资企业从业经验者可优先考虑。

5.良好的英语读写能力

6.熟练应用Microsoft Office等办公软件

Sensirion China Co. Ltd. in Shenzhen is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sensirion AG with headquarters in Switzerland and serves the Chinese market with Sensirion products and services. Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibility:

1.Manage customers / channel partners located in Asia’s requests and coordinate with various departments & HQ to ensure orders, shipment and billing requests are handled promptly & accurately.

2.Assist Sales Teams to deal with quality issues, sample arrangement etc.

3.Inventory Management

4.Deal with sales team’s other ad hoc issues

Requirement:

1.U-grad, more than 2 years’ experience in customer services field, preferred electronics or semiconductor industry, or EMS.

2.Team spirit , independent, self-motiveated, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.

3.Presentable, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

4.Previous working in international enterprise is preferred but not necessary,

5.Good command of written and spoken English,

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint),

7.Familiar with some form of ERP system
