Key Qualifications:

- English is the working language, it is required upper-intermediate level for speaking and advanced for writing and reading.

- Experience on process quality engineering driving continuous quality improvement and cost reduction projects.

- Knowledge about OEM electronic industry and its main components manufacturing process.

- Performed activities following new project launch and product reengineering projects based on productivity, efficiency, quality, scrap and cost reduction.

- Knowledge about relevant quality tools and analytical methods (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Fishbone, 5Why, 8D Report, 5W2H, etc.).

- Familiar with the operation of ISO9001 & 14001 system and related audit experience;

- Familiar with 6 Sigma methodology.

Job Description

- Execute supplier audit trough factory evaluation. It was done based one stablish criteria with the goal of measure the supply risk of a certain supplier. Know the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and VDA 6.3.

- Execute technical visit with the goal of evaluate and prove that procedures and process that affects items/products quality and supplier performance are been followed.

- Execute process mapping of Intelbras’ items/products with the goal of compare different manufacturing process and propose improvements that achieve quality improvement and cost reduction.

- Approve new supply chain for items that was already developed by R&D.

- Follow up the pilot run at Intelbras’ suppliers and deal with possible non-conformities and/or problems that may happen during this production.

- High focus on non-conformities related to items/products found at Inspection, production line, supplier audit and final customer. Elaborate technical reports, execute analysis and improvement proposal focusing on corrective and preventive actions.

- Help on elaborate quality agreements with the goal of qualify possible defects found during inspection, production line or final customer.

- Aligned weekly demand with Brazil support Engineer and fulfill excel files with this demand.
