主要职责：

1、负责责任模块制度、流程的制定、完善和推行工作。

2、所负责人力资源模块的执行计划与方案的制定，并组织有效实施。

3、负责职位的招聘面试工作。

4、负责员工劳动合同管理、员工入离职及档案管理等基础人事及外勤工作处理。

具体要求：

1、有过前台、行政或者人事方面工作。

2、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，尤其是招聘管理。

3、熟悉计算机操作办公软件及相关的人事管理软件。

4、1年以上人力资源管理或行政工作经验。

5、具备较强的公关能力和独立的事务处理能力。

6、良好的沟通协调能力。

7、办事沉稳、细致，思维活跃，有创新精神，良好的团队合作意识；优秀的品行和职业素质，强烈的敬业精神与责任感，工作原则性强。
