岗位职责：

1、根据需求完成创意方案的主题思路、文案撰写；

2、根据设计师设计出的画面创作简洁、有深度、有美感文案，起到画龙点睛、甚至高度升华的作用。

3、充分理解挖掘品牌、产品的广告诉求与营销痛点，以进行线下线上活动策划；

4、有出色的文字表达及沟通能力，具备独立创意策划能力和新闻、论坛软文撰写能力（有提案经验者优先考虑）；

5、有撰写过医疗仪器、银行仪器、床垫用品等招商手册、产品手册的优先考虑

任职资格：

1、两年及以上广告从业经验，有品牌营销专业背景，4A广告文案从业者优先

2、本科以上广告学、新闻学、汉语言文学、媒体创意或相关专业优先考虑；

3、具有良好的文字驾驭能力，擅长产品买点及差异化概念文字提炼；

4、熟练使用公众号等发布平台。
