Position: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Based in Shenzhen
Direct Report: Asia Recruitment Manager (based in Hong Kong)
Peers: 2-3 recruitment specialists in China

Job Mission
Mainly dedicated for Applications group in Shenzhen and supporting other sectors in China whenever necessary. You will be responsible for delivering professional end-to-end recruitment services. Be an expertise partner to HR line and business, be able to understand talent market intelligence, business needs and formulate immediate-to-long term recruitment strategies. Be the company’s employer branding ambassador to work closely with Labor Market Communications team, to plan and implement branding strategies, for both campus and experienced talent market.

Recruitment Specialist will work together with other team members in China and in Asia, to

- Be the dedicated recruiter for Applications Group, which is part of ASML Perform end-to-end recruitment services, from recruitment needs analysis with HR line, intake meeting, sourcing and selection to on-boarding.
- Major talents to hire are sophisticated technology experts; Master/PhD in related science/engineering disciplines.
- Plan and organize annual campus recruitment across China and/or overseas, targeting top Universities, not only for Applications Group but for whole China
- Ensure data integrity in ATS (Application Tracking System), generate recruitment related reports and provide analysis and recommendation on improvement action plans
- Plan and organize domestic and overseas campus recruitment activities, including job fair and campus talks. Proactive in talent mapping and talent sourcing by using social media and professional networking; manage internal referral program and traditional sourcing channels.
- Improve quality of hire by conducting proper intake meeting and structured interviews
- Build trustful relationship with HR Line and hiring managers, be proactive in engaging stakeholders in recruitment strategies and activities
- Understand labor market specifically in technology space to provide market intelligence and timely market updates to business
- Support other sector’s hiring needs in China recruitment, mainly focus in sourcing efforts, whenever necessary


Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Computer Science discipline
- Minimum 7 years solid recruitment experience in multinational companies. Experience in recruitment agency specialized in technology sector is an advantage
- Proven track record in hiring niche and highly educated talent group in technology sector is highly preferred
- Competent individual contributor whom has strong people management skills in managing key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience in a fast growing and dynamic organization is essential
- Strong business acumen, preferably knowledge in technology/semiconductor industry in China
- Experience in using Application Tracking System and have good data analytics skills
- Strong influencing power, interpersonal & communication skills to be connected with the people & deliver message in a clear & logical way
- Chinese speaking is essential, fluent in written and spoken English
- Willing to travel (20%) in China for recruitment activities; 1-2 times a year for offsite meeting in Asia countries.
