岗位描述：

1、 组织建立贸易部，制定部门工作计划及相关预算，全面主持贸易部的日常管理工作；

2、 制定并规划出口业务流程，收集、分析行业重要信息数据，参与产品开发；

3、 开拓海外市场，管理和操作国际贸易平台，参加行业专业展会；

4、 建立和培训团队，带领团队作战, 达成团队业绩目标；

5、 负责签订贸易合同及落实合同的执行，处理相关商务事宜；

6、 重要客户的开发、接洽联络、关系维护；

7、 做好每周，每月工作规划，有效回顾总结团队工作，调整团队作战方法；

任职要求

1）大专及以上学历，能用英语作为工作语言；

2）5年以上外贸业务工作经验，有文具和零售卖场行业经验者优先；

3）具备强烈的主场意识和较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作应对快捷敏锐；

4）有主导过阿里巴巴、环球资源等外文平台，熟悉B2B网络平台推广及维护；

5）能独立完成客户开发，打样跟进，订单促成一整套流程；

6）熟练操作Word, Excel,Powerpoint,优秀的商务Presentation skills；

7) 责任心强，进取心强，会目标管理，能承受工作压力；

3.Factory audits– Conduct Social compliance audit (eg. Child labor, Legal wage, working hours, environment protection, working safety), and Capability, Facility audit or other required audit by the needs of customers.
4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
5.Problems solving– Strong responsibility and quick response for any problems.
