To support our continuing growth, we are looking for people with ideas, people who want to make a difference and are focused on being the best. We are looking to hire a Distribution Sales Manager to be located in Shenzhen.
Job Summary:
As part of our successful team in China, this position reports directly to the Head of Global Distribution and includes, but is not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
Achieve revenue budget by leading distributors thru collaboration level relationship
Supervise, train and steer distributors to achieve sales target and implement sales, marketing strategies, both short term & long term
Develop strategies to maximize market share by analyzing information of customer and competitors
Implement distribution policies
Be familiar with and willing to learn CRM/SAP/Salesforce and similar systems
Identify key opportunities at existing customers and develop the customer to the next level
Expected to build multi-level relationships both in customer side and internally

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or local equivalent
At least 10 years' experience of working in a sales, applications or marketing position in an international semiconductor company or distributor managing experience
Familiar with multi-national corporation internal working process & timely written reporting.
Have strong ability to organize and manage & motivate & encourage distributors
Willing to work in international teams and willing to travel
Proficient communication skills in oral and written English
High initiative, self-motivation and hard-working attitude
