PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

1.Minimum a Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering

2.A minimum of 5 years on quality engineering related experience with customer and/ or supplier

3.Hands-on experience in quality control tools of SPC, FMEA, and 8D

4.Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001 and TS16949 is preferred

5.Application knowledge in office software

6.Good command of English language, both spoken and written, no less than a CET4

7.Experience in the fastener industry would be an added advantage.

8.Familiar with metal material, metal heat-treatment and plating

9.Hands-on experience with measuring equipment (profile projector, 2D/3D scope, Vernier, standard micro-meter, hardness tester)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

1.Customer’s window, right from source to the receipt of products, including addressing quality related issues during the customers’ product life cycle

2.Work closely with suppliers’ quality function to manage and control product quality at source, providing necessary technical support in product inspection to ensure product quality fit for use at customers’ end

3.Conduct annual audits and ad hoc audits (where required) at suppliers’ end

4.Provide technical support to customer and sales on quality issues, investigating problems, identifying root causes and taking corrective actions

5.Work closely with the program management team to provide quality reports to customer complaints and prepare regular report on customer quality

6.Follow and execute organization’s quality procedures and workflows to ensure alignment to organization’s quality culture and policy

7.Develop and implement ROHS & HSF standard and inspection plan and prepare ROHS & HSF agreement with customers
