PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Administrative Management
– Report to the operations function leader, report operation progress and issues which need management team attention
– Manage and develop talents to support the needs of the business growth& change
– Manage office routine usage, working time, transportation… etc company resource
– Improve and develop organization capabilities through performance management and career advancement with HR
– Manage expense and buget plan
– Drive cultural change, accountability and continuous improvement mindset
Operation Management
– Manage supplier manufacturing operations, make sure supplier have capability and resource to produce and meet and exceed business objectives ,measured by quality, delivery , cost and customer satisfaction (internal and external stakeholder and end users)
– Lead and and manage new product introduction
– Supervise and evaluate supplier is following company procedures and requirements
– Drive and dig quality issues into the root cause, phase in corrective actions
– Chair and attend operation related meetings to work out solutions
– Use OE, Lean and continuous improvements knowledge, skills and experience to grow team and supplier’s capacity and capability
– Build positive and professional working relationships with cross functional teams and work together to drive and implement company initiatives
– Implement and support business changes and transitions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor degree in engineering or related field; mechanical, product R&D and MBA preferred;
- Minimum 10 years of related product manufacturing experience, new product introduction,process set-up, quality improvment management, cost control, etc. Printer industry related experience & knowledge will be an advantage.
- Proven leadership and people skills as a team player, leading by example and walk the talk , listen to peope and grow together
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Mandarin, easy going and build connections with people
- Proactive and assertive, hardworking and disciplined working time
- Like factory workshop work, spend time on the manufacturing site Monday to Friday, sometimes requires OT during weekend
- General understanding of budgetary and cost and expense management
- Frequent travel is needed for this position.
