职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:
ASSIGNMENTS (main responsibilities)
? Be responsible for the design and development of the E-commerce platform;
? Be responsible for the web service api development;
? Integration with 3rd party interfaces (like Alipay, Wechat, Unionpay and other internal or external 3rd party interfaces);
? Be responsible for the E-commerce platform's maintain and continuous optimization;
? Analyse ERP system and business requirements and provide system core functional/working process solutions.
? Implementaion of workfolows for production processes and business processes.
? Evaluate, research, recommend and implement programming, software methodologies and functional improvements.
? Create, assign, track, review and assist with programming task.

COMPETENCE
Education
? B.S. or above in computer programming or related majors;

Work Experience
? More than 5 years' php project developing experience;

Knowledge
? Proficient in PHP language, be familiar with at least one mainstream php development framework, zend and magento are the priorities;、
? Familiar with development under linux OS, have strong capability to do system analysis and deal with the problems;
? Proficient in Redis, memcache, mongoDB or other cache tools and skills;
? Large-scale E-commerce web site project experience is preferred;
? Familiar with the usage of Elastic Search in php is a priority;
? Distributed, Cluster, High Concurrency, High Availability, Bigdata system's development and deployment are preferred;
? Familiar with Docker and Vagrant is a priority;

Abilities (Skills, quality, character )
? Good communication and interpersonal skills，Reliable and accurate with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work as a good team player
? Fluency in English (in both written and oral).
? Good learning ability, logical thinking and working under pressure.
? Integrity and hardworking people.
