Title:HR &Administration Assistant
Report to: HRA Manager
Your Responsibilities
HR:
- Maintain employee files, ensuring they are updated timely and accurately;
- Manage the employee on-board and exit processes according to the Company policy, which includes organizing the orientation program and presenting the HR section;
- Manage employment contracts, ensuring that new employees receive and sign their contract on a timely basis, and renewing contracts on time, as per the Company standard;
- Update annual leave record and prepare attendance report monthly (on a monthly basis and on demand);
- Assist in issues related to employee benefits, training and employee management.
Administration:
-Deal with office administration affairs independently and keep the office daily operation going smoothly;
-The work including but not only: office supplies management, hotel /tickets booking, visiting card supplier, courier record, devices and furniture maintenance, meeting preparation, helping with the IT environment maintenance, etc;
-The ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager for the business requirement.
The Skills We’re Looking For
- College diploma in HR/Office Administration/Business English and 2 years of general Office operation experience(excellent fresh graduation will be considered);
- A detail-oriented personality with strong initiative and good interpersonal skills;
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Good command of spoken and written English.
