We are Oxygen, a fast-growing inbound marketing agency that serves manufacturers and manufacturing services companies in Greater China. We have grown quickly from a 5-person team in Shenzhen to almost 15 team members globally with 4 international offices, and 15+ clients and growing. We run everything online, from project management to accounting, but are missing a driven, detail-orientated Assistant to help Senior Management.

You will join a small, but dynamic, international team, and be given significant autonomy in the role. If you are reliable, hardworking and takes the initiative in supporting other team members in a fast-paced environment, then this is for you!

【Job Description 工作职责】

The successful applicant will be comfortable providing a wide range of administrative and secretarial support:

1. Handling company financial administration such as invoice payments and expenses claims (using Xero & Expensify)
2. Participating and note-taking during business meetings in person, or online
3. Liaising with our teams in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Cape Town
4. Handling travel and logistics arrangements for business trips
5. Filing business correspondence and other records ahead of time
6. Scheduling appointments with clients, suppliers, and partners
7. Performing basic payroll functions and ensuring rent and other utility bills are settled on time

【Required Skill Set 要求技能】

1. Detail-minded and well-organized person that is adept at paperwork and documentation management
2. Able to take initiative and ask for appropriate direction if tasks or instructions are not clearly defined
3. Excellent command of English and Cantonese is a must, as is proficiency in Mandarin
4. Able to handle general business correspondence professionally and work under pressure
5. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
6. Willingness to use new technologies such as DoInbound for project management

【Salary & Additional Information 工资和其他信息】

This role is ideal for someone in the first few years of their professional career, that is excited by the prospect of the autonomy, responsibility, and impact they will have at an international, high-growth marketing agency

Our Shenzhen office is located at Software Technology base in Nanshan, where you will be based the majority of the time

Our Hong Kong office is located in The Hive, Kennedy Town, where you will spend at least one day a week

Office hours are generally from 8-10am to 5-7pm, Monday to Friday – our key metric is client success, so getting things done accurately and on time is more important to us than whether you prefer earlier or later starts

Please note:Traveling between Hong Kong and our Shenzhen office is required; willingness to travel internationally from time to time would be preferable

Available salary is $5-9k depending on experience.
