岗位职责:
?根据公司的评厂手册和客户的特别要求进行工厂社会责任评估和再审核。
?记录不符合验厂标准的发现点和改进空间，与供应商和工厂代表交流评估结果并努力在双方同意的日期内达成“改正计划”。
?按要求的时间进度表向公司汇报审核结果。
?在公司规定的时间内完成工厂和社会责任评估报告。
?在发出前，将已完成的报告提交给评厂经理。
?跟踪指定供应商/工厂的客观证据。
?处理特定的重要案例如零容许，并尽量在工厂现场跟进整个完成过程。
?调研和汇总法律/法规/行业惯例等相关材料，并和团队成员分享该方面知识。
?完成上级布置的合理的其他工作任务 。
?熟悉EICC体系。
Major responsibilities:
1. Conduct professional Social Compliance Audit and CTPAT audit as scheduled.
2. Produce accurate and good quality audit report and submit for reviewing within the required timeframe.
3. Well maintain the documents/ photos/ files of the factory evaluation for easy tracking.
4. Report special cases, submit required documentation and files, provide evaluation results back to office as per the required timeframe and instructions.
5. Well handle specific important cases (such as zero-tolerance cases) and strive to follow through completion.
6. Communicate with Manager, Supervisor, Corp. /client regarding outstanding questions when needed.
7. Research & organize relevant materials on laws, regulations, industrial practices, etc; share knowledge among team members.
8. Provide training to assistant auditors / auditors.
9. Give heads up of client’s requirement / audit instructions to assistant auditors / auditors.
10. Handle shadow audit with client.
11. Handle special audits which belong to Omega new business development.
? Assistant Supervisor/Manager for evidence review, desk audit, and report review where applicable & required.
? Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by Supervisor / Manager.
Qualification requirements:
1. High degree of work ethics and integrity.
2. Occasional travel is a must.
3. Have solid working experience in Social Compliance Standard, such as SA 8000, ICTI, EICC etc.
4. Degree holder with minimum 3 years related working experience. Solid experience in electrical products is preferred.
5. Excellent organization skills and ability to work with different people towards effective completion of job assignments.
6. Positive, open-minded, customer- & solutions- oriented. Take ownership of problems.
7. Able to make rational professional judgments based on reasoning, objective evidences with self-disciplines. Avoid getting into emotional arguments.
8. Self-starter, excellent organization skills and with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
9. Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Chinese. Able to effectively express problem areas in writing with factual findings.
10. College and University graduates, preferably in Management, Business Administration, industrial management or related disciplines.
11. Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel & Word.
