1、大专或以上学历，具备3年以上电池、电子行业相关生产管理经验，熟悉聚合物锂电池行业，有良好的精益生产管理理念与实践；
2、精通生产系统规划、品质管理、生产计划、生产成本核算，能有效的控制生产成本效率和损耗；
3、能及时跟进生产进度及生产质量，能适时分配生产任务；
4、具有较强的组织、计划、控制、及协调能力，保证产品按时按质按量交货；
5、具有较高的领导管理能力、执行力强，有魄力、能在较强的压力下工作；
6、熟悉并能严格执行“7S”管理。

KYC Group was founded in 2011, including two branches, one in shenzhen, one in Jiangxi Province, China, we are the factory specializes in the manufacturing, selling, developing of power banks, usb cables and chargers, which are widely used in mobile phones, cameras, DC and other digital products.
