职位描述：
Job Description:
-Result driven sustainability consultant for a multinational factory capacity building project in China.
- Carry out Factory Assessments based on Supplier CoCs and international Social Compliance Standards, examine and verify factory performance, develop individual corrective improvement plans and recommendations, coach the factories with the implementation, and provide documentation and reports to foreign clients
-Delivery training workshops to the factories
-Support the further development of project methodology and concept together with international project manager

Job requirements
-University degree (engineering, manufacturing and/or business degree preferred), or any other related education
-At least 5 years factory floor working experience in assessing and improving sustainability performance. Familiar with Social Compliance Standards like BSCI, SA8000, Supplier CoCs, CSR initiatives, environmental management, etc.
- vast experience in supporting factories in implementing Corrective Action Plans, creating real change on the ground
-Experience in working in a foreign company and to work in multinational teams
-Familiar with labor and environmental laws and regulations of China
-Native mandarin speaker, good command of English both in written and spoken
- Excellent presentation skills with strong ability to motivate audience, preferably worked as consultant / coach / trainer at international brand before
- Willing to travel frequently in China and occasionally abroad
-Self-motivated and with the ability to work independently
- Team player

-作为结果导向的可持续发展顾问，负责跨国工厂的产能建设项目
-根据供应商行为准则和国际社会责任标准进行工厂评估，检查和核实工厂表现，制定单独改善方案和计划，指导工厂实施，提供相关文件和报告给国外客户
-针对工厂和客户开展培训会议
-支持国际项目经理开发项目方法和理念

岗位要求：
-工程，制造，或者商业等学位优先
-至少5年工厂可持续发展评估执行的经验，熟悉社会责任标准，如BSCI, SA8000, 供应商行为准则，企业社会责任倡议，环境管理等
-在帮助工厂执行改正计划上有丰富的经验，能够创造切实的改变
-有在外国公司和跨国团队合作的工作经验
-熟悉中国环保相关法律法规
-母语为普通话，良好的英文书面和口语沟通能力
-优秀的演讲技能，能够很好的调动听众的积极性，最好以前在国际品牌担任过顾问，教练或者讲师
-愿意经常在国内出差，少量国外出差
-自我激励型，有独立工作能力
-具有团队精神
