Customer Service- Consumer Electronics
We are a heading foreign based company with office in Shenzhen& HK, looking for energetic candidate to jion our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle the end to end merchandising, customer service process, from enquiries, product development and bulk production till shipment;
2. Handle Pre-order& PO management based on the urgency and the demand for the products;
3. Ensure the buying schedule and order are completed within the expected time frame.
Qualifications:
1. With over 2 years experience in merchandising or trading field, preferably having experience in mobile gadgets;
2. Good in spoken and written English (CET4 or above), to liaise with overseas customer and vendors;
3. High sense of responsibilities, capabilities of working independently with strong team spirit.
