1.专科以上学历，物流或者采购相关专业。
2、能熟练操作使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；
3、熟悉电子通讯行业及电子商务行业操作模式，有电子通讯行业采购经验优先；
4、良好的谈判技巧，对市场变化保有敏锐度；
5、为人正直，具有良好的职业道德；
6、能吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队合作精神。
7、熟悉相关质量体系标准，精通采购业务，具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
