Job Description MK Illumination (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

Title: Quality Control Team Supervisor
Reports to: Head of Technical Department & General Management
Work Location: Frequently in Zhejiang, Occasionally Shenzhen
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Good command of both oral and written Chinese and English;
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in related field;
Strong PC skills;
Good knowledge of quality inspection and testing of LED lighting products.
Good communication skills, able to work under pressure;
Good interpersonal skills;

Key Responsibilities
? Conduct relevant tests in our laboratory according to our product standards
? Work at the factory for RMI, DUPRO, FRI, Container Loading and Re-inspection
? Write official reports for the inspection/lab testing
? Establish and implement necessary quality variance documentation for the improvement and awareness of quality issues within the Company and towards external suppliers
? Monitor and communicate and apply standards created from external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems.
? Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standard bodies, Government Departments, etc. in close cooperation with head of the technical department.
? Work with the factories to seek for quality improvement and evaluate new/old products in a technical point of view.
? Work as the team leader and keep up the team spirit through positive and friendly teamwork
? Not only take up tasks assigned by the management/order coordination team/sourcing team, but also allocate the tasks to each QC, supervise the allocated work and accomplish it on time.
? In the end of calendar year, summarize quality issues during the year and seek for improvement.
? Report low performance of other QC officers to the head management and also point out extraordinary accomplishments in case.
