Learning & Development Manager

Job Description
? Assist the HCD Director, Asia to conduct TNA for Heptagon/ams employees in Asia
? Assist the HCD Director, Asia in developing the annual Training calendar for Heptagon
? Develop Training policies and procedures
? Support internal stakeholder and partner with them to understand their needs and customize special request training
? Develop selected Functional Curriculum for Heptagon
? Perform training for internal trainers for selected functional curriculum
? Assist the HCD Director in the development of Competency Matrix
? Execute the training strategy such as Internal Trainer Program, e Learning and any program that is planned as part of HCD strategy
? Source and qualify the right training providers
? Support the day to day manufacturing needs from a people development perspective
? Develop Training policies & guidelines
? Coordinate all logistical training needs such as room bookings, transportation arrangements and meals
? Manage the future Learning Centre and liase with Training Facilitators to ensure all classrooms meet their required needs
? Manage the inventory of training tools and aids for the Learning Centre
? Develop & Manage the training records system
? Master the SAP Training module and ensure every employee is trained to use the SAP system
? Track indicators and ensure reports are sent timely on a monthly basis to stakeholders. Prepare monthly presentation of reports.

Qualification & Experience
? Degree in any discipline, those with manufacturing and IT experience preferred
? 7-10 years of experience in the training field with experience in conducting large scale TNA for manufacturing industry and developing Annual Training calendar
? Experienced in developing Competency Matrix and functional development programs
? Good analytical skills
? Able to deal with ambiguity and work in an unstructured environment
? Familiar with the training provider landscape for different disciplines in Singapore and Malaysia
? Meticulous, structured and great attention to detail with great reporting and tracking skills
? Able to work in a fast paced high volume manufacturing environment and move fast
? Persistent and proactive
