职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、按项目要求完成产品的结构设计，包括性能设计、材料选定等开发工作；
2、配合市场销售部门一起解决完善产品问题；
3、对新产品样机进行指导装配及基本性能测试；
4、对归档、量产产品进行结构、性能优化，解决生产中的技术问题；
5、负责新产品开发进度计划，组织试产； 
6、负责对产品问题进行分析，并提出改善方案。

任职要求：
1．两年以上小家电结构设计工作经验，能独立完成新产品设计，能协助建模;更进生产
2． 熟练使用Pro/E AutoCAD/ 等相关辅助设计软件；
3． 熟悉塑胶、五金、模具结构，具有很强的相关技术能力；
4． 能承受工作压力，有较强的团队意识，善于沟通；能够吃苦耐劳、有钻研精神！创造性强！
5．对小家电产品结构，功能有较强的了解，有自己的想法思路。
有两年以上智能家电产品结构设计工作经验以及会做PCB板的优先考虑！
