任职要求：
1、有景观类预结算经验、懂工程类预算，采购、合同、管理成本部门又相关经验；
2、工作细致认真，熟悉掌握CAD以及word、excel等办公软件；
工作职责
1、正确领导成本部成员，负责工程项目的投标报价，负责工程项目的投标报价、预算结算、工程概算工作；
2、协助相关部门图纸的预算工作，认真阅读施工图纸，及时发现相关问题，参与图纸会审；
3、完成交办的其他工作以及配合其他部门的工作，及时为其提供有关的资料。
