职位描述：
产品测试工程师（Pump/TOSA/ROSA）
Position Details:
1. Optical communication device and module test. / 负责光通信器件和模块的测试。
2. Test station setup, validation and maintenance. / 测试台的搭建，验证和日常维护。
3. Test station SPC monitor and control. / 测试台SPC监控。
4. Test failure unit analysis, RMA product support. / 测试不良品的分析。
5. Test station troubleshooting. / 测试台故障处理。
6. NPI test support. / 新产品测试。
7. Test data analysis and report. / 测试数据分析。
8. Test working instruction. / 制定测试流程文件。

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above. / 本科或以上学历。
2. It is better to have one year work experience of optical communication or electrical. / 一年以上光通信行业或者电子行业工作经验优先考虑。
3. Familiar with optical transceiver or optical amplifier products. / 熟悉光收发器件,模块产品和测试工艺优先考虑。
4. A good team-worker, can read/write/speak working English. / 具有团队精神，能运用英文读写。
5. Be familiar with SPC, GR&R and correlation test process. / 熟悉SPC, GR&R和相关性测试。
6. Understand VB, Labview or C#. / 了解VB，Labview 或者C#。
