候选人服务于多行业的多家公司.

主要工作职责：

1. 准备，复核以及管理所有合同，协议（尤其是贸易行业及体育行业），在公司架构，相关法规，合规性，规章制度等方面进行管理并提供合理建议；

2. 在运营，组织及管理事宜方面提供法律支持；

3. 尽职调查及提供报告；

4. 管理已签署合同；

5. 分析及上报法律内险；

6. 其他；

地址：

在深圳办公，频繁出差青岛以及香港，偶尔出差国外。

任职要求：

1. 法律本科及以上学历，硕士优先；

2. 有国外学习或工作经历优先；

3. 在律师事务所或跨国公司有类似的经验，公司法方面经验丰富；

4. 擅长于合同法；

5. 有2-5年相关工作经历；

6. 熟练中英文交流，读写能力强；

7. 擅长于沟通；

8. 自信，有口才及商业头脑；

9. 了解国际公司法及税法优先；

10. 喜欢国际商务及运动（足球）；
