职位描述：
Our customer is an European consultancy company, they are looking for an industrial Engineer, job location can be anywhere in China. The job responsibilities includes:

Job content
- Follow the project plan and desired deliverables given by the engagement manager or a senior technical consultant.
- Gather information, both quantitative and qualitative, about current operations by enlisting support from the client’s team.
- Provide technical guidance to help the client’s team make changes and go in the direction of the project plan.
- Explain the reasons behind the desired changes (a senior technical consultant can help you if needed) to the client’s team.
- Respond with confidence and patience to objections, questions, or even protests/rejection from the client team.
- Keep a distance from the action – you are not the manager of the process but you should influence the people working at it.
- Keep the engagement manager updated every day about how things go, what you do (along with a simple writeup/chart/photos).
- Project a positive image of our company in the client organization.

Job requirements
- A lot of travel to client sites. More than 90% travelling.
- At least 2 years experience as an engineer, if possible in the automotive or electronics industry, or in a large company with a solid engineering team
- Familiar with industrial engineering tools such as the measurement of takt time and cycle time etc.
- Ability to calculate and analyze the bottleneck(s) in production and to find solutions
- Mastery of office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Ability to write and speak Mandarin and English
- Previous experience as a consultant for 1-3 years would be a plus

- Ability to manage conflict well
- Ability to recognize problems and rank them by order of priority
- Ability to formulate a plan, to rank countermeasures by priority, and to estimate necessary resources
- Ability to forecast potential issues in a particular client organization
- Ability to communicate with supervisor-level people as well as with operator-level people in client organizations
