职位描述:
1. 负责公司接待工作,电话转接,快递收发登记,名片印刷等相关行政人事工作;
2. 负责员工社会保险及公积金办理、申报、调整、年检等工作,及时掌握国家相关法律法规政策;
3. 组织、安排公司会议,或会同有关部门筹备活动,做好会议记录,整理会议记要;
4. 协助各部门工作做好办公室日常行政事务及部分财务出纳类的相关工作;
5. 公司客户名片信息的登记及维护;
6. 岗位工作结合出纳、行政、人事部门工作并协助市场推广。

岗位要求:
1.学历大专及以上,工作经验1年及以上,有出纳,人事行政工作经验优先;
2.工作仔细,认真负责,主观能动性强;
3.学习能力强,性格温和,服从上级安排。
