Your Job
- In charge of shoes team,making sourcing plan and inspire teammates to complete team target together
- Closely working together with European buyers and assisting them in providing high quality trend products to the European market for the best possible price
- Relationship management with existing suppliers and negotiation of the best possible deals for your relevant product range
- Constantly finding new suppliers to build up a pool of the most reliable suppliers and producers that are the best fit according to the conditions of Lesara
- Regular visits to the Head Quarter in Berlin to get a feeling for the Lesara company philosophy

Your Profile
- Filled with manager experiences,good at communication and leadership
- Business fluent in English and Chinese
- Business related Bachelor Degree is a plus
- General understanding of the laws of trading
- Ability to quickly grasp needed conditions and adapt them to given circumstances by readiness of mind
- Experience in dealing with shoes suppliers
- Proficient user MS Office
