职位描述：
We are building some exciting FinTech products across the ideas of BlockChain, Machine Learning and more. They are looking for strong innovative Developer to join our R&D team. The selected candidate will be working on exciting products, talented technology people, innovative ideas across the firm. Great remuneration and opportunity.

Responsibilities:
-Working with the product team to design innovative technology solution. Come up with new ideas on technical design and prototype.
-Go through the development lifecycle through design, development, assembly, and operation.
-Part of the Engineering Team to come up with effective tools and solutions.
- Explore new technologies especially open-source, new development tools, new algorithmic code where they can be possibly brought into the team.
- Work with product team to develop prototypes based on the new emerging technology.

- 通过设计，开发，组装和操作完成开发生命周期。
- 部分工程团队为技术团队提供有效的工具和解决方案。

- 与产品团队合作开发基于新兴技术的原型。

Requirements:
- Innovative mindset - Think outside the box.
- Hands-on coding on Java, Java Class Library / API / Container development. The candidate must be passionate in coding and development.
- Experience in building Java-based Systems, good knowledge in application architecture and design patterns.
- Exposure with other development languages like Python, GoLang, C#, web/mobile is a plus.
- Candidate with innovative development, R&D, startup experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. You will be working in a multi-cultural team.
- Computer Science or related Degree from a reputable University.
